The Brianna Badger Foundation affairs are managed by a Board of Directors, whose operations in governing the foundation are defined by the by-laws. Directors do not have any right, title, or interest in or to any property of the foundation.

The Brianna Badger Foundation is a Publicly Supported Organization under Section 509 (a) (1) and 170 (b) (1) (A) (vi).
